All prices are wholesale, F.O.B. Warehouse New Jersey.

Notify us within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise.
ORDER: Initial Minimum order is $150.00. Re-order minimum is $100.00.Service charge on all orders less than the minimum amount is $15.00.
PAYMENT:
• C.O.D.• Visa or Master card• Prepay• NET DAYS upon approval.
FOR NEW ACCOUNTS: Please send three (3) current trades and one (1) bank references complete with addresses and phone numbers.
RETURNED CHECK FEE : $35.00
RETURNS: We do not give credit for merchandise claimed as broken or damage without our approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
All discrepancy claims must be filed with our office upon receipt of merchandise. Loss or breakage occurring in transit should be filed directly with the freight carriers FEDEX or UPS.
RESTOCKING FEE: There is a 20% restocking fee upon returning of ordered merchandise. Shipping cost will be shouldered by the Customer.
SIZE: Refer to approximate dimensions in order of length and diameter, width and height, or just diameter (all sizes in inches).
BACKORDER: Backorders will be kept for 90 days unless authorized to cancel.
FINANCE CHARGE: A monthly finance charge of 1 – ½% or the highest allowed in your state will be added to overdue invoices.
